Terms of Service

By accessing or using RamAILog ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

RamAILog is a cloud-based freight forwarding management platform operated by Ram AI Log Pvt Ltd. The Platform provides tools for quote management, shipment booking, vessel tracking, document generation, invoicing, and customer portal management. The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and is accessed via web browser or API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform with reasonable notice.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: use the Platform to transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; use automated tools to scrape, index, or download Platform data; resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission; use the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable export control, sanctions, or customs laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activities by your team members and integrations you configure.

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. You agree to pay all taxes applicable to your subscription. Invoices are due upon receipt. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Platform. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Custom pricing arrangements are governed by separate order forms or agreements.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ram AI Log Pvt Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. In no event shall Ram AI Log Pvt Ltd's total liability to you for all damages exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising from these terms.
